We cannot imagine our lives without overindulging, the need to feel stuffed, or the depression and shame that follows us for being out of control of our eating. Because we need to eat to live, it can be a difficult addiction to break. Fear has kept many people from seeking medical help for a long time while they battle the food demon alone. That is where coaching comes in and can help us drill down to our insecurities and outright terror about limiting ourselves at mealtimes and no longer being able to rely on food as our best friend. I created this 3-week program (or book as individual sessions) to help those struggling with their mindset and who may be confused about whether to proceed with bariatrics as a long-term/permanent solution. Regardless of whether or not a client determines that this is the best course of action for them, I work hand-in-hand with each individual to figure out a proper plan that moves them toward living their best life.
